SHOPLIFTING: At about 6:24 p.m. Monday police were called to Portage Road Family Dollar where a homeless man had selected a collection of goods, secreted them in a laundry basket and garbage bag and walked out without paying. Police arrived to find employees tailing the suspect. They apprehended him on a charge of petit larceny.
SHOPLIFTING: At 4:05 p.m.Monday, a 21st Street, Niagara Falls woman was apprehended at Walmart after she attempted to leave without scanning items valued at $30.95. She was charged with petit larceny.
SHOPLIFTING: At 1 p.m. Tuesday, Walmart asset protection staff noticed a previously trespassed Niagara Falls Boulevard resident stowing good in a backpack. He was met at the door attempting to leave without paying and charged with petit larceny and, because of a previous incident, trespassing.
