Wow Connie. I know about that letter. It was sent in error. As for the problem with maintaining city-owned property, there are numerous open jobs. They can't find anyone to work. Too often, applicants can't pass a background check or don't have a valid license.

Im total agreement with the fact that the corruption has hit new heights! I can't speak to state wide. With facts anyway. But I do know what I notice locally in my city of niagara falls. Its despicable!
