RESISTING: A bicyclist in the 1100 block of 24th Street at 12:26 a.m. Wednesday was dressed in black and riding without lights or reflectors. When an officer executed a traffic stop and attempted to advise him, the suspect ran and the officer chased. Knowing he was caught and facing a Taser from the officer, the suspect gave himself up. He was charged with resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration.
