When you buy a Retro Racer you are buying American, which can't be said for many of the sleds you see in stores or online.
Every purchase of a Retro Racer has a positive impact on the US economy:
It takes 2 people to make, label, rope, and package the sled
A team of 2 set-up guys put the mold and tooling in the machine and tuned-in the process
The Retro Racer mold was produced by our mold maker who's in Erie County
The raw material and colorant are made in the USA (Texas and Kentucky, respectively)
The cartons and labels are made in Niagara County
The information sheet is printed in Erie County
The rope is made in Pennsylvania
Truck drivers and railworkers have to get all those items to us
We have a team in the office who markets the sleds and processes their orders
We have a person in the warehouse who pulls those orders
If you buy from our online store or Amazon, a UPS deliveryperson is bringing the sled to your door
If you buy from a brick-and-mortar store, you are helping that mom and pop shop employ your neighbors and support your community
