STOLEN CAR: A Ferry Avenue resident reported the theft of a Kia Forte at sometime early Monday morning. The vehicle crashed into a house. The driver fled the scene. There are suspects. Alcohol may be involved. Redacted details on the police report make interpretation challenging.

STOLEN CAR: A Thorndale Avenue resident reported the theft of a VW Jetta after he left the keys in the cupholder Monday morning.

STOLEN BACKPACK: A man reported he left a backpack containing personal papers and $15 in a shopping cart in the 500 block of 19th Street when someone stole it.

LARCENY: An item valued at $30 was stolen from a vehicle parked on James Avenue sometime in the Sunday/Monday overnight.

LARCENY: Someone stole a phone a man left on a table charging while folding his laundry at a Market Street facility.

CUSTOMER DISPUTE: A customer at Rite Aid, 1030 Pine Ave. became upset with a long wait at about 4 p.m. Tuesday and after being asked to calm down left and returned with a taser. Police tracked down Manshan Chow, 46, of 542 6th St. and charged her with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon.
