BURGLARY: Police were on patrol on Pine Ave. at about 7 p.m. Tuesday for warrant execution. Lucas Greenland, 43, of 1740 Ashland Ave., allegedly gave false identification in an attempt to avoid being served. His companion, William McMillen, 70, of the same address, did the same thing. The duo was appropriately identified and charged with criminal personation as well as burglary, criminal possession of stolen property. They were in possession of items stolen from a nearby property and valued in excess of $1,000.

ABANDONED VEHICLE: Police ordered an abandoned vehicle towed from the 800 block off 66th St. at about 10:37 a.m. Tuesday.

FOUND PROPERTY: Police were called to 730 16th St. where a gun was reported behind a garbage can. The BB gun was taken into evidence at about 10:45 a.m. Tuesday.

VEHICLE FIRE: Police responded to 2455 Whitney Ave. for a report of a vehicle fire. The driver said he saw smoke from under the hood, stopped, opened it up and noticed it on fire at about 10:45 a.m. Tuesday. Firefighters extinguished the blaze. The vehicle was towed.

CARD TAKEN: A Hampton Inn guest reported they left a vehicle unlocked and someone stole a wallet and credit card.

DWI: Police investigating a 3-vehicle crash in the 7000 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard charged Joanna Marie Carlo, 40, of 2503 Cayuga St. Niagara Falls at about 7 p.m. Tuesday with felony DWI previous conviction 10 years, felony aggravated unlicensed operation and moving from a lane unsafely, illegal u-turn, reckless driving, improper use simulating flashers, illegal driving in the center lane and other equipment violations following a multi-vehicle crash. She refused field sobriety and blood alcohol tests and allegedly said to police “just take me.”

UNREGISTERED ATV: Police observed a dirtbike operating at a high rate of speed on Lindbergh Avenue at about 6:45 p.m. Tuesday and executed a traffic stop. Zachary Lentz, 18, of 8521 Lindbergh Ave. was charged with driving an unregistered ATV, failure to display a registration number, illegally operating on a highway, no headlight, no helmet and speeding.

DIORDERLY: Police responded to Hyde Park 7/11 at about 4:10 a.m. Wednesday and took Adam Ligammare, 38, of 19 C St. into custody. The suspect was causing a scene and appeared to have mental health difficulties. He was charged with obstructing governmental administration, trespassing and disorderly conduct.
