STOLEN DEBIT CARD: Police took a report from a Wrobel Towers resident who reported he went to the lobby at about 6 p.m. Tuesday and left his room unlocked. Someone stole $25 and his EBT card.
ILLEGAL VEHICLE: Police on patrol in the 5000 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard observed an unregistered vehicle at 12:24 a.m. Tuesday and executed a traffic stop. April Lauer, 40, of 27 Kies Court was charged with driving with a suspended registration, operating with a suspended license and aggravated unlicensed operation.
JACK AND COKE? Officers on patrol on 7th Street observed a vehicle pass the stop sign at Walnut without stopping. They executed a stop at 8th and Niagara. Two passengers ran from the scene. The driver, Leah McNaughton, 35, of 4115 Seneca Parkway, told police she had 2 Jack and Cokes a few hours ago. She failed field sobriety tests and was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, DWI first offense, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content over .08 of 1% and alcohol/cannabis in a motor vehicle on a highway.
