Council meets tonight

Sometime Tuesday the supporting documents for tonight’s city council meeting were posted on the city Website. They are attached below.

There are 3 major items of interest:

1. Approval of a flight plan for Rainbow Air, including a Powerpoint documenting how much quieter the new helicopters are.
2. A resolution designating the council as lead agency for the environmental impact study on Niagara Falls Redevelopment’s proposed Urbacon Data Center. The resolution contains language preserving the city’s claim to a portion of the parcel in question as a park.
3. Approval of the street are/redesign for Main and Portage as proposed by the National Heritage Area and funded by a grant from Bloomberg Philanthropies.
