(Editor’s note: This show hit my email Tuesday. Steven Page is the lead singer from the Bare Naked Ladies. Tonemah is awesome too. Roy G Biv is on the bill too. Publicity has been scant. Ray Berry is the promoter. Be there. It feels to me intentionally under-promoted for a free show. It starts at 6 p.m. Friday.)
One of Canada's most recognizable voices is heading to Lewiston to headline the Academy Park concert in Lewiston, New York.
Steven Page will perform on June 6th on the Alphonso I. DiMino Memorial Band Shell. He will be joined by Steven Page Trio bandmates Craig Northey (guitar, vocals) and Kevin Fox (cello, vocals).
"Barry-Harden Productions is very excited to present Steven Page (formerly of Barenaked Ladies)," promotor, artist and music teacher Ray Barry said. "This show has been a few years in the making, as I have been in contact with Steven's manager for several years trying to make this work, so we are excited that it is finally coming to fruition."
Roy G Biv and Darryl Tonemah will provide support for the concert.
This is a free, open-to-the public event. However, VIP tickets are available, as well, for those who want to guarantee a close spot to the stage.
