PETIT LARCENY: A Buffalo man was charged with petit larceny by a Niagara Falls officer working secondary employment at Walmart. The suspect allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for items valued at $104.93 at about 9 p.m. Tuesday.
TRESPASSING: A customer at a hotel at 795 Rainbow Boulevard was charged with trespassing at about 8:54 p.m. Tuesday after he refused to leave the premises when he attempted to obtain a refund for an errant booking.
PETIT LARCENY: Police charged a Buffalo Avenue resident with petit larceny following an incident at 7/11 on Niagara Street. He was observed by the proprietor putting items in a bag and attempting to leave without paying. Police tracked him down on 20th Street and brought him back to the store with items valued at $54.77 for which he had not paid.
