I guess with this administration it is do as i say and not as i do. The mayor criticizes Millstein for appealing court cases, calling it delaying yet how many times did the golf course case get stalled and appealed?

Sucks to see anyone that produced positive results leave however, as the mayor told another city employee as he was forced to leave his city job, "the law is the law". December 17, 1984 local law #7 was passed by city council resolution.
