Within minutes, officers were able to quickly get a possible suspect vehicle description, which was reported to be a black Ford Escape with a NY license plate. Patrol canvassed the area and located an unoccupied black 2009 Ford Escape with front end damage in the 3500 block of Royal Avenue.
