Path blocked ahead of bike ride

Did organizers for Pedal for Parks put the sign up or did the workers doing utility work block the path after?

It doesn’t matter. Common sense was missed but the error should be brief, still the photo above is funny.

Pedal for the Parks should be a fun ride on Sunday.

The scaling crew was out Friday working the lower gorge. Swinging from ropes to knock rocks free seems like a fun summer job.
