Short Take Sports
Milano done, Dorian Williams time
It’s hard to admit, because Matt Milano was a great player but the 2nd major injury in 2 years likely means the linebacker is done as a Bill. They might get him back toward the end of the season but if Dorian Williams shines, Milano becomes a cap casualty. That stinks. https://www.newyorkupstate.com/buffalo-bills/2024/08/how-matt-milano-sustained-torn-biceps-in-practice-how-bills-plan-to-replace-him.html
Daequan Hardy shines
Hopefully the rookie rounds into form as a returner as well but in the joint practices with the Steelers he popped as a corner. https://www.newyorkupstate.com/buffalo-bills/2024/08/bills-steelers-joint-practice-wr-dominates-lb-flashes-after-matt-milano-news-observations.html
Strbak rises
August brings slow hockey times. It will be fun to see if Max Strbak develops into something more than the next Brendan Guhle. https://www.buffalohockeybeat.com/mature-sabres-prospect-max-strbak-bud…
