SHOPLIFTING: Officers were called to Marshalls on Military Road for a report of a shoplifter at about 3:30 p.m. Monday. Penny Madlock, 57, of Tonawanda was charged with petit larceny. She allegedly attempted to take items valued at $90.92 without paying.
WARRANT EXECUTION: Officers on GIVE patrol on 22nd Street observed a man laying in water at about 8:30 p.m. Monday. They attempted to render assistance ro Carmen Muzzillo, 39, homeless, and found he was wanted on a warrant from the Town of Niagara.
STOLEN VEHICLE RECOVERED: Officers observed a vehicle reported stolen earlier in the day at about 12:23 a.m. Tuesday. A person was observed in the passenger seat. When a driver returned police executed a traffic stop on Cleveland Avenue. Donnell Parker, 44, of Jordan Gardens was charged with use of a vehicle without consent and criminal possession of stolen property. Erin Barnard, 42, of 2910 Highland Ave. was also charged.
