DUMPING: Between Wednesday and Thursday, construction debris was dumped in the alley on 20th Street. It may have come from workers fixing up a home.
ILLEGAL VEHICLE: An officer observed a vehicle pulling into Home Depot with only one plate and no inspection sticker at about noon Thursday. Mohammed Osman, 34, of Buffalo was charged with improper plates, no inspection, no insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle.
FRAUD: Sometime in the last several weeks more than $2,500 was stolen from a woman’s bank accounts at Citizen’s Bank.
