WEED WHACKER TAKEN: A LaSalle Ave. resident reported the theft of her new DeWalt string trimmer from her porch at 1:50 a.m. Monday. A doorbell cam showed the suspect to be a medium-height black man wearing a ski mask.

HARASSMENT: Police investigated an incident on the 1900 block of Niagara Street where a woman was punched in the face by a neighbor who fled the scene on a bicycle at about 3:30 Sunday afternoon.

GRAND LARCENY: A truck was entered Saturday night in the 700 block of 4th Street. A safe was taken. Contents included, $20,000 in cash, collectible coins valued at $1,000 and $200 in power tools.

BROKEN WINDOW: A resident of the 1100 block of Hyde Park Boulevard reported someone broke a window on his home early Saturday morning. Damage was estimated at $200.

WARRANT AND RESISTING: Police were dispatched to Old Falls Street for a report of an unwanted person at about 9:30 a.m. Sunday. The encountered Angela Marie Maxwell, 39, of 2510 Pine Ave. Maxwell was wanted on 3 outstanding warrants. She was taken into custody against her will. Police also charged her with resisting arrest.

BEER TAKEN: A Michigan Avenue resident reported that, at about 8:20 p.m. Saturday, a man went on her porch and stolen a quantity of beer valued at about $20.

SLASHED TIRES: A man reported leaving his car in a lot on the 4600 block of Hyde Park Boulevard from early Saturday morning until the afternoon. Someone slashed all 4 tires.

ASSAULT: Police responded to the 700 block of 16th Street for a report of an assault at about 8:30 p.m. Saturday. A woman and man who arrived by vehicle punched and kicked a couple over some sort of dispute involving the daughter of one of the victims.

TRESPASSING: Police were called to Portage Road Tops at 6 p.m. Saturday for a report of trespassing, Diane Marie Rodriguez, 35, of 1048 Centre Ave. was taken into custody on a charge of trespassing. She had previously been banned from the store. David Phelps, 69, of 820 Ashland Avenue was observed on the scene as well. He had previously been trespassed and was taken into custody on charges of criminal impersonation for using his brother’s name and trespassing.

GRAND LARCENY: A man attending a party late Friday into early Saturday on Cleveland Ave. reported someone stole his wallet from his Saab which he left unlocked.

LARCENY: A resident of the 1800 block of Pine Avenue reported someone entered his apartment and stole his X-Box sometime Saturday night.

KIA ATTEMPT: An Independence Avenue resident reported someone smashed a window on his Kia and tampered with the ignition sometime Saturday night doing about $300 in damage but failing in an apparent car-theft attempt.

TRAFFIC STOP: Police on New Road near Porter Packard reported observing a Camaro traveling 50 mph in a 30 mph zone at about 5:30 p.m. Friday and executed a traffic stop. Jeffrey Multerer of Buffalo was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, driving with a suspended registration and speeding.

SMASHED WINDOW: A woman who parked her car Saturday afternoon at Petco on Military Road reported someone smashed her window.

BANK FRAUD: A resident went to police headquarters to report more than $17,000 in fraudulent transactions on her bank account between April 24 and present
