Falls council meets Wednesday

The Niagara Falls council agenda for Wednesday is fairly sparse. The meeting starts at 6 p.m.

Two items are of note:

1) The annual agreement for the trolley operated by the NFTA.

2) Reimbursement of $47,884.59 to Juda Tree for work completed on the premises.

Judas Tree is a tapas bar on Pine Avenue that opened 3 years ago and is the best new business in Little Italy.

3) Asking the council to support a Revitalize New York grant for facade revitalization on the One Niagara Visitor Center.

If the pattern from recent weeks follows, there will also be speakers addressing the council on the topic of the dog shelter as well as the impending crisis at Packard Court Community Center where the proposed city budget includes programming cuts.
