Dems withdraw challenge
Donte Richardson made the ballot in the 6th Legislative District as the Democrats dropped the challenge to his petitions.
Ditto challenges to the Democratic council petitions of Michia Lee and Sylvanna Rahman.
There are still court challenges ongoing against Democratic candidates including the slate endorsed by Mayor Robert Restaino including John Kinney, Noah Munoz and Bridgette Myles.
At issue are allegations that Bridgette Myles did not collect all the signatures she witnessed and that some of the handwriting on other petitions, including those of Munoz as well as those circulated by the Mayor, was remarkably similar. Perhaps the signers all learned cursive from the same nun.
