PETIT LARCENY: Police moonlighting at WalMart on Military Road charged a Buffalo man with petit larceny at about 4:42 p.m. Monday. The Buffalo man put two Ninja slushy machines in a cart in the vestibule. He said he was changing carts, not stealing. He was found to be trespassed from WalMart in 2024 so police charged him with trespassing.

FREQUENT FLYER: For the 3rd time in recent weeks, a Krull Parkway man was observed driving a vehicle with switched plates and illegally tinted windows. Officers attempted to execute a traffic stop in the 5600 block of Niagara Falls Boulevard at 5:20 p.m. Tuesday. Angely Matias, the alleged driver, tried to run and allegedly fled at an unsafe speed. He pulled into a parking lot on 61st Street. Police charged him with reckless driving, operating unregistered, no insurance, improper plates and speed not reasonable.

PETIT LARCENY: At 9:50 p.m. Tuesday, an officer moonlighting at Walmart charged a known shoplifter with petit larceny after he was observed switching tags and cashing items out for significantly lower price. He was charged with petit larceny.
