ILLEGAL VEHICLE: An officer on patrol on Ashland Avenue observed a vehicle with a New York inspection sticker and out-of-state plates and executed a traffic stop. The plate, on a Chevy Traverse, was registered to a Honda Pilot. He was charged with uninspected, uninsured, unregistered and improper plates.
SQUATTER: A property manager working for an out-of-town company reported he inspected a Pierce Avenue home at 7:54 a.m. Monday and observed a bucket outside a window being used as a step and in open window. He unlocked the door and police located a man with a Buffalo Avenue address in a second floor bedroom. The suspect was taken into custody on a charge of criminal trespassing.
