UNWANTED PARTY: A resident with a listed address of Community Mission on Buffalo Avenue was the subject of a call at about 1:30 p.m. Saturday. Police were asked to assist with an eviction. The subject was told to leave because he had been given multiple chances by staff and it was time to go. He was allowed to gather some belongings, given instructions on when to come back for the rest and sent on the way with instructions not to disturb the event going on outside. He left on his bicycle but circled back to the event. Police took him into custody on a charge of disorderly conduct, disturbing a public event.

BRING YOUR GUN TO WORK DAY: Police were called to Walmart at 1:54 p.m. Monday for a report of larceny after a patron said a wallet had been taken from a shopping cart. Police reviewed surveillance footage and observed an employee take the wallet in question. As they interviewed the suspect, he confirmed ownership of a book back tucked on a crate nearby. Police checked the bag and recovered a Glock 19 handgun. The suspect was charged with criminal possession of a weapon. No word on if the wallet was recovered.

SHOPLIFTING: Police were called to Target on Niagara Falls Boulevard at 3:10 p.m. Monday where a Niagara Falls Boulevard resident had been taken into custody for scanning one item and taking multiple others, valued at $89.71 without paying. He was charged with petit larceny.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Police were called to 115 69th St. at 8:41 p.m. Monday for report of a juvenile disturbance. Police were confronted with an out-of-control male who refused to calm down, swore at them, and got taken away on a charge of disorderly conduct.

DESPERATE FOR DONUTS: Police were called to Pine Avenue 7/11 for a report of a disturbance at about 10:45 p.m. Monday for a report of an unwanted party and petit larceny. The suspect had left the premises but was observed standing in the 700 block of 15th Street. He had consumed the evidence. A box of powdered donuts valued at $1. He was charged with petit larceny.
