WARRANT: Police observed a woman walking in the alley between Pine and Whitney at about 2:35 a.m. Wednesday and took her into custody on an outstanding warrant.

TRESPASSING: Police were called to Heart, Love and Soul at 9:04 a.m. Tuesday where a man was causing a disturbance and refused to leave. He was asked multiple times to leave before police were called. He claimed he owned the building at 939 Ontario Avenue but all he had to show for it was a ticket charging him with trespassing.

TRESPASSING: A 63rd Street resident was behaving irrationally at Seneca One Stop at about 1:05 a.m. Tuesday and refused to leave. The woman told police she had been sexually assaulted in the store and she did not feel safe because white officers shoot black people. She was taken into custody on a charge of trespassing and transported to Niagara Falls Memorial for mental health treatment.

WARRANT: A driver parked illegally at Starbucks on Niagara Falls Boulevard was blocking a Niagara Falls Police car from leaving its space at about 11 a.m. Tuesday. Police approached the vehicle and observed the suspect rolling a joint. Asked what he was doing the suspect said “finishing my marijuana.” Police found an outstanding warrant for failure to provide DNA and took him into custody.
