DISORDERLY CONDUCT: A Rapids Road, Lockport woman, was charged with disorderly conduct at about 11:30 a.m. Sunday after she refused to leave Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital after being discharged following medical and mental treatment. She told police she wanted to go to jail and even offered to punch a cop in the face if that is what it took. Police gave her a ride downtown and released her with a ticket for disorderly conduct.

GRAND LARCENY: At 11:07 p.m. Saturday, a woman entered the rear of the Red Coach Inn to grab a takeout order. She was inside for about 30 seconds. Long enough to come back out and see a man fleeing with her purse which contained a passport, credit cards and $500.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A Sixth Street resident called police to report someone attempted to pry open his garden shed, doing about $600 in damage.

DWI: At 6:44 p.m. Sunday, a driver was waiting to turn onto 70th Street from Niagara Falls Boulevard when a pickup truck attempting to enter Tops sideswiped her. The woman attempting to turn suffered a broken arm. The other driver stunk like alcohol, claimed to not have been driving, changed his story and failed field sobriety tests. He refused a chemical test and was charged with driving while intoxicated and moving from a lane unsafely.
