DWI AND SPEEDING: At 2 a.m. Saturday, an officer patrolling near 2200 Buffalo Ave. observed a vehicle doing 47 in a 30, turned around and executed a traffic stop. The driver didn’t immediately stop. The driver asked why he had been stopped and said he was “going with the traffic.” He had driven to Seneca One Stop for cigarettes. The driver tested 0.17 BAC after failing field sobriety tests. He was charged with DWI, speeding and driving with BAC of .08% or higher.
