What about the city market?

I love the evolution of language regarding Centennial Park. We went from "multi-purpose event center" to "convention center" in the blink of an eye. I still call it "hockey rink" and expect the preliminary construction cost estimate of $150 million to be $200 to $250 million if it is ever funded.

The whole question over Centennial Park and the Data Center ignores a significant rebirth about to happen on Pine Avenue, $19 million of state funds for the reimagined City Market.

Meanwhile, Niagara Falls Mayor Bob Restaino can no longer bring himself to say "Niagara Falls Redevelopment" on his weekly Youtube proclamation because he thinks he saw through the bullshit. Restaino now says "The Milstein Group." NFR has never done anything other than mow its grass, whitewash the Turtle, demolish a few buildings and pay taxes.  My personal opinion is the data center is real, but to be fair, the only thing NFR has ever built is billable hours for lawyers and a PR firm.

At least our own version of Radio Social is coming and wait until you see Aqua Falls! And am I the only one who noticed "con" parked right at the end of "Urbacon?"

As for the mayor's legacy project, why not focus on the City Market?

A $19 million transformation is already paid for on the state’s dime. Construction should start by the end of summer. Little Italy could be reborn on his watch with some additional strategic investment and yet regarding the market renaissance we hear nothing. It makes no sense.

At least the Como is reopening soon . . . oh wait. Dang sarcasm. Maybe we will hit the Land of Oz or Oppenheim Zoo this afternoon.
