DWI: An officer driving west on Niagara Falls Boulevard over the 56th Street bridge observed a vehicle speeding west near 47th Street at 66 mph. The officer executed a U-turn and tried tried to initiate a traffic stop. It was 9:49 p.m. Saturday. The driver turned fast on 47th Street and ran the stop sign at Packard Road before turning north on New Road.
