Know the difference between generational poverty and generational wealth?
Too often, home ownership. And it is more often than not rooted in the practice of redlining for 50 to 70 years ago.
By declaring some neighborhoods in a city like Niagara Falls unworthy of investment and not suitable for mortgages, redlining kept poor people poor.
