“It was a joy to use our new van to go out into the community of Niagara Falls and share coffee and coats to those in need. It is a blessing to bless others and share hope during the Christmas season.”

- Chris Amico, Associate Director.

On November 25th, the Niagara Gospel Mission received a brand-new van on behalf of all the Ford dealers in the Western New York area. This new van is providing opportunities for the Mission to go mobile and aid Niagara County in many different ventures.

This past Friday afternoon was one of the first opportunities for the Niagara Gospel Mission put their new Ford Friendship Express Van to good use. Many of the men in the recovery program at the mission along with a few staff members went out to the corner of 19th Street and Niagara Street to deliver coffee and coats to those in need looking to warm up on a cold December afternoon.

“It was a joy to use our new van to go out into the community of Niagara Falls and share coffee and coats with those in need. It is a blessing to bless others and share hope during the Christmas season. This would not have been possible without the wonderful gift the Ford dealers gave us.” Said Chris Amico, Associate Director at Niagara Gospel Mission. Niagara Gospel Mission’s hope is that by providing simple services such as this that the city of Niagara Falls will continue to be impacted one life at a time.
