Lewiston Scouts sell trees
For years, we had a family tradition. Trudge off to some deep rural place, wander through a field on a cold winter day, cut down a tree and return home.
Somehow last year, we never found the time. At the last minute, we bought one of 3 trees the Boy Scouts sell in Lewiston’s Academy Park.
It was the nicest tree we have ever had. As much as I want to go back out and support a local farmer, we are a Scouting family – Joe earned his Eagle. Ben decided he would rather do martial arts.
They have fraser, douglas and concolor fir and blue and white spruce. The Troop is 885.
