SHOPLIFTER: Police were called tom Portage Road Family Dollar at about 8:40 a.m. Monday for a report of petit larceny. Marc Waters, 33, homeless, was reportedly witnessed leaving the store without paying for items valued at $3.51. He was found sitting on the bench at the bus station drinking a Twisted Tea and taken into custody on charges of criminal mischief and burglary/illegal entry.

TRESPASS: Police were called to Pine Avenue 7/11 at about 6:23 a.m. Tuesday for a report of a trespasser. Shaquor Toney, 32, of Packard Court, had previously been banned from the store. Officer followed track in the snow and located the suspect laying in an abandoned garage nearby. He was charged with 3rd degree criminal trespass.

MENACING: At 7:05 a.m. Tuesday police were called to the city parking ramp for a report of an unwanted person later changed to menacing with a weapon. NFPD officers and Parks Police tracked the suspect to Third and Niagara. A city employee identified Archie Heard, 55, homeless as the suspect. Heard was unwanted in the city ramp and when asked to leave by an employee allegedly challenged him to a fight and threatened him with a kitchen knife. Heard was charged with 2nd Degree menacing with a weapon.

LARCENY: Police were called to Hyde Park Boulevard at about 1:55 p.m. Tuesday after a clerk reported someone walked out with two cans of Corona beer. Twon Washington, 53, was observed behind the dumpster out back, allegedly drinking the beer. He was charged with petit larceny and trespassed from the store.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: At 4 p.m.Tuesday, an apparently intoxicated Twon Washington became irate when when a clerk at Hometown Market refused to sell him beer. Washington allegedly smashed a glass door valued at $1,400 with a garbage can lid.

TRESPASS: Officers called to a Frontier Avenue address for a premise check after a female allegedly went through the gate and was thought to be hiding in a camper. Police saw footprints leading to the back door were met in the kitchen by Gina Occhipinti, 43, of 624 78th St. She was taken into custody on a charge of criminal trespass.

SHOPLIFTING: Police were called to Portage Road Tops at about 2 p.m. Wednesday. Police arrested Sarah Krantz, 35, of 1489 Ashland Ave. on a charge of petit larceny. She allegedly took candy valued at $56.19.

FELONY UNLICENSED: Officers on Niagara Falls Boulevard observed a speeding vehicle traveling 57 in a 35 mph zone at about 6:10 p.m. Wednesday and executed a traffic stop. The driver, Tyrone Moore, 26, of Buffalo, was arrested in charges including felony aggravated unlicensed operation with 10 or more suspensions, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, no license, speeding, no seatbelt and aggravated unlicensed operation with 3 or more suspensions. Moore had 23 scoffs prior to the current incident.
