WARRANT EXECUTION: Officers on patrol near 77th and Frontier in an area with a lot of recent larcenies observed a man on a bike with a bookbag and stopped him for a chat. When he complied with a request for ID, they found Everett Downing, 59, of 1039 19th St. was wanted on a failure to appear warrant and took him into custody.
CRIMINAL INTENT: A Cayuga Village resident reported someone attempted to pry open the window of a vehicle she just purchased Wednesday/Thursday overnight.
