Tracey Palmeri, 44, a school teacher and tavern operator died of breast cancer in 2022. Her surviving spouse, Philip, is suing NL industries, the successor company of the former TAM owner.

I would also love to hear about an arbor plan besides "call us when a tree falls in the street".
Great point. We need to push for an arbor plan. I once spoke to a retired forester from the Town of Tonawanda. During the Dyster years, he tried to get the city to go in on writing a grant for a tree nursery. He told me he couldn't even get a return phone call.
