GAS CAN STOLEN: St. Dominic’s School of 66th Street reported someone busted the padlock off a shed and stole a 5 gallon can of gas sometime between last Sunday and Wednesday.

BROKEN WINDOW: At about midnight Friday someone threw a rock through a Seneca Avenue window.

IDENTITY THEFT: A Cliff Street resident reported at police headquarters someone had stolen a credit card and used it on 3 occasions to charge $2,997.54 at Lowes in New Hartford.

KIA SMASHED: A Weston Ave. resident reported an already smashed up Kia was further damaged in an attempted theft last Wednesday afternoon.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: A wheelchair bound Tatum Lewis, 38, of 2323 Birch Court, Niagara Falls was taken into custody at about 5:30 p.m. Friday on a charge of disorderly conduct. Store workers observed her allegedly concealing items. Lewis realized she was being watched and allegedly made a profane scene at the register, using the word “fuck” multiple times. A male in line behind her in line shook his head and muttered lowly “this shit is crazy.” Lewis was yelling loudly. Officers could see veins popping in her forehead and neck. Among her exclamations according to the report “get the fuck off me”, “back the fuck up” and “your dick is in my face.” Her wheelchair was transported with her to police headquarters where she allegedly became irate again and fell from her chair trying to reach for her bag which was on the counter. Lewis was left on the ground for a bit because she said she felt better there. She was wanted on a warrant from Alden Police who declined extradition.

GIVE PATROL: Officers on GIVE patrol conducted a traffic stop for a loud muffler on Pine Avenue at about 8 p.m. Friday. Michael Green, 29, of 418 26th St. was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and inadequate muffler. Asia MacDougald, Ontario Avenue was taken into custody on a warrant from Cheektowaga.

CARDIO INTERRUPTED: A man doing cardio behind a 72nd Street address was kicked and punched by a passenger from a passing vehicle at about 8:50 p.m. Friday.

DOOR DASH CAR THEFT: A Door Dash driver left the keys in the ignition while waiting for a McDonald’s order and reported someone stole his 2010 Dodge Caliber at about 10:40 p.m. Friday. The driver received a ticket for leaving his vehicle unattended.
