MONEY STOLEN: A resident of the 1900 block of Welch Avenue reported the theft of $3,000 from her purse some time between April 1 and 24.
ANIMAL CHECK: Police were called to Seneca Avenue at 10 a.m. Wednesday for a report of an injured brown and white dog. Samaritans befriended the animal and kept it safely in a vehicle until police arrived. The animal was found to be uninjured and was turned over to the dog control officer.
WARRANT: Police served a warrant on Shaquor Toney, 31, of Packard Court after they were called to 7/11 on Pine Avenue where Toney was allegedly screaming and yelling and causing a scene.
