It sounds like a lot until you consider $294,000 in revenue from 42 apartments renting at $550 to $750 a month. Gee $750 monthly for a 3 bedroom apartment with heat and water? Sounds like a bargain. For everyone but the landlord.

I looked at Apartments.com and found a 3 bedroom on Hyde Park Boulevard at Monteagle Ridge for $1,050 a month. That's as cheap as it gets.

Truthfully, this is the scariest listing since the Como. (Which you can still buy for $1 million or so.)
