ILLEGAL VEHICLE: A vehicle traveling on 22nd Street with an obstructed plate was pulled over at about 6 p.m. Sunday. A 34th Street man was issued tickets for an obstructed plate and no insurance.
PETIT LARCENY: Police investigating a petit larceny at Dollar Tree Portage Road around noon Friday located the suspect, a Virginia Avenue man, on a bicycle on 19th Street. He had failed to pay for merchandise valued at $77.50. Police took him into custody where he was held because of numerous failures to appear.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Police were called to Mueller Court for a disorderly man at about 5:30 p.m. Friday. The man was yelling, banging a wheelchair with a stick and being a jerk. When he refused to quiet down, he was taken into custody on a charge of disorderly conduct.
PETIT LARCENY: A Krull Parkway resident was charged with petit larceny just after 5 p.m. Saturday after she was observed stuffing clothing from a tourism district gift shop into a bag. The items she attempted to steal were valued at more than $210.
NEIGHBOR DISPUTE: A Memorial Parkway man was raising a ruckus and threatening his neighbors with a knife at about 11:54 p.m. Saturday. Police took him into custody on charges of menacing and criminal mischief.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Police were called to a Center Avenue address at 4:54 a.m. Sunday for a report of a disorderly man looking in windows and causing a disturbance. They located the suspect and took him into custody.
