DISORDERLY AND DRUNK: Police were called to North Avenue at about 9:09 a.m. Tuesday for a report of a disturbance. A 22nd Street man was yelling obscenities and rummaging through cans for empties. The suspect told police he was drunk from alcohol he was finding in cans. They asked him to stay out of the street. He screamed “fuck all these people” and began yelling at houses, adding in a “fuck you all for calling the cops.” Police took him into custody on a charge of disorderly conduct.
DRINKIN’ ON THE SIDEWALK: Officers on patrol at 7:50 p.m. Wednesday observed a man drinking beer near 26th and Niagara Street, stopped and talked to him and charged him with a violation of the open container law.
