Art of Lit at the NACC

Niagara Falls, NY — Discover your next favorite book and meet the writers in your own backyard at the Niagara Arts & Cultural Center's first Art of Lit Local Author Book Fair on Saturday, November 7th, 2026, from noon to 3 p.m. The event is free, family-friendly, and takes place at the NACC, 1201 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls.

Presented in partnership with NIOGA Library System and Niagara Falls Book Circle, Art of Lit is made possible through funding from the Grigg Lewis Foundation and sponsorship from Better Off Read Book Festival.

With nearly 50 local authors, vendors, and nonprofit organizations participating, Art of Lit brings Western New York's literary community together for an afternoon of books, creativity, and connection. Visitors can meet local authors, shop unique literary finds, browse $1 books, and connect with fellow readers.

The event also features a community book drive in partnership with United Way of Greater Niagara.

Beyond the book fair, visitors can sign up for a library card, participate in a free craft, enjoy and participate in live poetry with Slipstream, and find their future book club. Families can also meet a children's author and enjoy a kids' activity. Food will be available for purchase at Starry Night Café and Betty's Cafe.

Whether you're an avid reader, an aspiring writer, or a family looking for a free afternoon out, Art of Lit offers a chance to celebrate the stories and talent found right here in Western New York.
