The Niagara Falls City Council tonight votes on a path forward for a multi-purpose event center.
At the same time, it will consider settling the eminent domain lawsuit with Niagara Falls Redevelopment which allows a path forward for a massive data center in downtown Niagara Falls.
Meanwhile, just an hour away, in Hamilton, the city is proposing a moratorium on data centers.
