Another sign of spring

Staff from the Niagara National Heritage Area were out at Main. Portage and Spruce restoring the traffic calming installation put in place last year. The bollards are back in place. Artist Tyshaun Tyson and Deirdre Reynolds touched up the paint. Yellow and orange seemed to fade most over the winter.
