TRESPASSING: A Kenmore man involuntarily excluded from the Seneca Niagara Casino was on site at the gambling facility at 6:50 p.m. Friday and, in spite of saying “fuck you, arrest me, I’m not leaving was, indeed taken into custody on a charge of trespassing.
PETIT LARCENY: At 3:25 a.m. Saturday a male entered Hyde Park 7/11, filled a duffle with goods and fled riding a bicycle on North Avenue. Police located him and gave chase. He ditched his bike and flared through yards. Police chased him down but he gave himself up. Items recovered were valued at $87.36. He was charged with petit larceny.
TRESPASSING: A patron of the River Motel on Buffalo Avenue broke down the door of the room where he had been staying and reentered at about 2:50 a.m. Sunday. He was apprehended by police and charged with petit larceny and trespasssing.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: A Cleveland Avenue man was charged with disorderly conduct/obstructing traffic after he was observed blocking Portage Road near Frankie’s Donuts at about 8:01 p.m. Sunday. There was a sidewalk available but he refused to use it.
