WARRANT: Police were called to the area of 1100 19th Street at about 5 p.m. Sunday for a report of trespassing/man with a gun. They tracked down the suspect, a homeless man, who did not have a gun but was wanted on an outstanding warrant.
BAD CHANCE: A bartender at the Village Gate on Niagara Street gave a past-problem patron a second chance at about 2:20 a.m. Sunday. He caused problems again and was asked to leave. When he got outside, the bartender locked the door. The suspect then knocked, kicked and damaged the door. Police charged him with criminal mischief.
PETIT LARCENY: Police were called to Target at 2:45 p.m. Saturday for a report of petit larceny. A Canadian woman was observed concealing swimwear and jewelry valued at about $104 and leaving without paying.
RESISTING ARREST: An Ashland Avenue man was sitting in front of Marios on Pine Avenue at 12:46 a.m. Saturday. Police recognized him as wanted on an outstanding warrant and took him into custody with force. He was charged with resisting arrest.
PETIT LARCENY: Police were called to Target at noon Friday for a report of a shoplifter. A 19th Street man allegedly concealed beauty supplies and Pokemon cards valued at more than $150. He was taken into custody on a petit larceny charge.
