Criticism of street art unwarranted

There’s been a bunch of social media criticism of the Niagara National Heritage Area’s redesign of Main and Portage.

This link addresses what is planned, who is paying for it, who will maintain it and more.

This should significantly improve the most dangerous intersection through which I regularly ride my bike. If this doesn’t fix it, someone should suggest. What will?
