PETIT LARCENY: A Whitney Avenue man was arrested at 12:35 p.m. Friday at Home Depot and charged with petit larceny for allegedly taking items valued at $102.52 without paying.

MINI BIKE: A 24th Street man observed operating a mini bike on the sidewalk on 19th Street, Pine Avenue and in an alley at about 9 p.m. Saturday was charged with no plate, operating a motorcycle/atv not street legal and operating an unregistered motorcycle. He told police he was told if he stayed on alleys and sidewalks it was OK to ride. They towed his bike and told him about the city ordinance.

HOSPITAL TRESPASS: A Ransomville woman rolling around on the floor of the Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center lobby and asked to leave at about 3:52 p.m. Sunday was taken into custody and given a ticket for trespassing.

PETIT LARCENY: An officer working special detail at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Walmart arrested an 8th Street woman on a charge. The suspect gave police two fake names before being identified. She was charged with criminal impersonation and petit larceny. She allegedly attempted to take items valued at $342.65.
