PETIT LARCENY: Police working secondary employment at Walmart at 3 a.m. Tuesday arrested a man without an address listed on a charge of petit larceny after he allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for items valued at $447.

MENACING: Police were called to Niagara Towers at 7:34 p.m. Tuesday after a woman reported she was sitting outside smoking a cigarette in her wheelchair when a woman approached her, swore at her, dumped water over her head and threatened her with a knife. The suspect was neutralized by witnesses and charged by police with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon.

WEAPON: The same suspect, when searched at the police station, attempted to conceal a black and yellow handled screwdriver and was additionally charged with 2nd degree introducing contraband into a prison.

PETIT LARCENY: At 11:46 p.m. Tuesday, a Walmore Road, Sanborn man was arrested and charged with petit larceny. An employee of Pine Avenue 7/11 called police to report the theft and describe the suspect who was located at 15th and Ashland and admitted the crime. He was charged with petit larceny.
