Humble Joe celebrates a new beer

(Editor’s note: The below was culled from Facebook because good beer is worth celebrating and Hammer & Crown, one day will open on Third Street. Just don't ask John Paul Meteer when.)

This particular release is near and dear to us as we celebrate our 8th Anniversary this weekend. “Humble Joe” was the affectionate nickname given to our original Head Brewer @johnpaulmeteer who was an integral part of getting BBC together and off the ground,crafting some of our most famous “core” brands.

To this day John and Rudy have a solid friendship and it’s through John we were able to connect with our current head brewer, Rudy, a massive part of our continued growth. It seemed only natural to bring things full circle with a banger of a collab.

Humble Joe is a massively fruited ale, with an amazing tart complexity that loads of pineapple, guava & coconut can add to a summer beer. These two swung for the fence and knocked it out of the park.

There is no packaged product and this beer is draft only. The supply is quite limited and we do not expect this to last long, especially as we open it up to the greater market for draft sales.

A first of hopefully many collabs with @hammerandcrown brewing as they finish up their build out and get set to enter the WNY beer scene.
