CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Police were called to a 26th Street residence at 8 a.m. Monday to investigate a vehicle with numerous pain scratches and slashed tires.

PATIO FURNITURE TAKEN: A Niemel Drive resident reported someone stole patio furniture valued at $215 from her front lawn.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Police were serving a warrant on 19th Street at about 5:45 p.m. Monday when they became aware of an Independence Avenue resident yelling obscenities and walking in and out of traffic. Police asked him to stop swearing and move on. He ignored police, focusing his attention on a pair of females on the street and using the term “bitches” while saying “suck my dick.” This caused alarm. In the end, he was charged with disorderly conduct/obscene language/gestures.
