Niagara Falls Police Blotter
TRESPASSING: Police were called to Caravan Motel, 6730 Niagara Falls Blvd. at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday where a man previously asked to leave the premises was bothering guests. The Buffalo man was charged with criminal trespass.
RESISTING: An officer on patrol at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday saw a homeless man he knew was wanted on a warrant walking on 20th Street and attempted to apprehend him. The suspect ran, was captured and now faces an additional charge of resisting arrest.
MENACING: At 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, police were called to 526 18th St. for a report of a man with a gun. The suspect was arguing with a woman and allegedly had pointed a gun at her. He was ordered to the ground and searched. A purple handgun fell from his waistband. Police charged him with menacing and criminal possession of a loaded firearm.
