WARRANT: Officers on patrol near 15th and Pine at 3 a.m. Friday observed a vehicle run a stop sign, executed a traffic stop and took the driver into custody on an outstanding warrant. They also ticketed him for aggravated unlicensed operation and running a stop sign.
ILLEGAL BIKE: At 3:30 a.m. Thursday police on patrol on Niagara Falls Boulevard observed a bicyclist with no reflectors, lights or signalling device and attempted to stop the 42 year old driver, a Niagara Falls resident who ignored the lights and siren and pedaled away. The officer eventually captured the suspect and charged him with resisting arrest, no bell/signal device, obstructing governmental administration, improper bicycling and improper reflective devices on a bicycle.
WARRANT: A 21-year-old A Street resident was observed at 10:30 a.m. Thursday walking on 27th Street. Police recognized the suspect as wanted on warrants out of Niagara Falls and attempted to arrest him. The suspect fled into the alley between Pine Avenue and Grand Avenue. The suspect was located in a backyard hiding in a tree. He was charged with obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest.
